Catwoman 'Copycat'

Sometimes, the fans can just do it better... I've known about this for a while now, but thought I should devote a post to it here at DD&K, especially after the Mrs. Kittie post. Catwoman 'Copycat' is made by fans for fans, and they've got the costume just right - forget about Halle Berry's atrocity of a film, this is how Batman's feline foe should look! Amber Moelter has got the right attitude and the right curves to fill that catsuit. As Michelle Pfieffer will never fill Selina Kyle's boots again, I think this is the next best thing. (Although, there is a rumour that Maggie Gyllenhaal might be taking over from Katie Holmes in The Dark Knight - I think she'd be a great Catwoman... But I'm probably dreaming...!)

Melanie C - "I Want Candy"

My favourite Spice Girl (if you exclude Geri in some of her more outrageous drag queen moments...) returns with a new single, the theme to the new Carmen Electra movie (the British American Pie apparently (bound to be good...)), "I Want Candy". So, why is it here? I hear you ask. Well, the lovely Melanie is featued in the video dancing in a very sexy Emma Peel-style leather catsuit, split down to the navel with high-heeled boots and gloves. Very nice indeed!

The Independent: "Heels are the world's No. 1 fetish"

Madonna's preferences might be surprising, but they are clear: "Shoes are better than sex because they last longer."

But, according to the latest research, surprisingly large numbers of men and women see no reason to separate the two.

Results from the largest global study of sexual kinks ever undertaken show that feet and shoes are by far the biggest turn-ons.

Researchers from the University of Bologna found that, among sexual preferences for body parts, feet and toes were the most popular, with 47 per cent of those sampled preferring them. They also found that, when it came to objects associated with the body, shoes, boots and other footwear scored 64 per cent.

"Feet and objects associated with feet were the most common target of preferences," say researchers.

Hardly surprising - boots and heels are one of the top turn-ons, but I was surprised at how low things like breasts and hair and bums rated. Oh well, it takes all sorts, I suppose! Read the full article at: Independent Online Edition > Science & Technology
